Ok, so to show up my partner here, I'm going to tell you what I made for dinner.
I took pork tenderloin, cut it into little dollar shapes, thin slices,
and fried it up with garlic that I minced, butter, some Lawry's seasoning salt, and some baby spinach.
I put it on homemade bread, and called it a sammich. yep. It was that easy.
